Absolutely worst experience at a dealership hands down. I came into this store 8 months pregnant with my 1 year old and 2 year old looking at a used Wagoneer. We decided to think it over and came back the next day, we had already worked the deal and numbers. When we came back the next morning, another person was there test driving the car. The salesman said if you want to buy the car you still can if we agree to numbers we had already worked. Which we did and then signed off of the numbers. They told us the car was ours and the sales manager Ken Krupp said they had already switched the other customers to another car. What we didn’t realize was they had told the other buyers the same thing and made us sit there for four hours thinking we were waiting on finance. They told me my preapproval was no good giving me the run around and that my rate was over 10 percent with an 850 credit score. Finally I agreed to put more money down to just wrap up the deal and accepted their approval. While on the phone with the bank, I watched the other salesman pull the car away and the sales manager that had just told me the car was ours tells me, I’m sorry the car was sold to the other people and they already signed. Even after we had already signed as well. Basically they had me sit there for 4 hours with my family while they waited to see who they could make more money off of. They never should have told me the car was still available and that the other buyers had switched cars, it was all a lie. It was incredibly deceptive and one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Beware of this dealer, they will mislead you in every way in order to maximize their profits. (Also charged 3,000 dolllars for certification that added only 3 month/3k miles of warranty and 400 dollars for a set of wheel locks). Though the car might have seemed like a good deal online, they raise the price with these added fees once you see the breakdown. They could care less about their local customers, women and families only their own pockets.

I purchase a Ram 2500 2017 on Febrerary 2026 with 170,000 miles I know sound like a lot of miles but for a diesel heavy-duty truck is like 75,000 on a gas engie. This weekend the ram broke down on the highway with a transmission failure. Transmission is gone and needs a whole new transmission replacement, I will recommend if you buy a car from this dealership make sure they had a full inspection report.

Purchased a used BMW so not interested in any of the extra services or finance options that a new or newer used car would have available. Working with Xavier Crump was a delight. i was buying my first vehicle in over 10 years. i was a bit nervous but Layla was awesome. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The entire staff was great. i'll definitely be returning the next time i'm in the market for another vehicle.

One of the easiest auto-buying experiences I've ever had. I started it online. The dealership's internet team reached out to me right away. Had a brief phone conversation with them where they shared current discounts I would for sure receive. Once I arrived at the dealership, I was paired up with a sales member, Nicholas Schwandt. The vehicle I inquired about was already ready to go. Took a test drive, and Nick was easy to speak with and answered all my questions. The sales manager, Ken Krup greeted me and assisted with the pricing. Very quick, and I felt that there were honest discussions about the price I would be paying with Nick and Ken. I then met with the finance director, Ryan Sitter, who was awesome as well. Super straightforward and incredibly informed. I will for sure refer friends and family to this dealership and to the staff I dealt with.

Ryan Sitter in the best and most knowledgeable finance director that I have encountered while purchasing a vehicle and we have purchased many. This is my favorite place to buy cars and trucks. In the last 2 years I have made two purchases. The finance representative Ryan, is the most professional service oriented person I have ever done business with. His level of devotion before and after the sale is unparalleled. The sales representative Johnny be Good, was another shining star, allowing me to feel comfortable and everything he was telling me, lead me to believe that he was there for me, to make a good decision without pressure.
